Operations & Social Manager

The manager is responsible for helping support and deliver the utmost, suburb 5 star customer service experience. Along side me you live and breathe customer satisfaction. This person holds all clients in the highest regard, puts them before all else. You will love this role if you are a master of planning, organization and system set ups. The responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Researching, interviewing and scheduling contractors, vendor management, staging coordination, ordering of promo materials.

  • Assist and coordinate Planning events.

  • Managing a CRM, implement new processes, ordering supplies, deliver client gifts.

  • Experience in Social Media ads, mail chip, CRM and content creation.
